  Generallly the reception are great,quick in processing your orders.paument very easy and muliple eays of doing.eiher pay cash,lipa na mpesa or cheque if pre arranged. The locationis rather difficult to access eiher from mombasa through GM motors or lungalunga road thtugh enterprise.heavy traffic at all times,so unless one has plenty of time it may not worth going there to purchase a single car battery. however chloride exide has home delivery systm and i strongly suggest you opt for the delivery rather than visiting the main office

  Avoid their maintenance free batteries, especially N70 type. It's promoted as a long lasting battery but lasts around one year.

  Was there 5 months ago. It offers adequate parking space and was attended to well.

  oh my what great customer service! I am very happy with the customer service team who were able to assist me in a very short time and will even deliver my battery. Amazing! Keep up the good work. Service is the great differentiator in a market filled with similar products. well done.
