  Customers are always wrong in the eyes of staff. Air condition in my room didn't work but the manager, after several calls and an povetnight, believes its only a complaint from over-sensitive costomers. A very disappointed top-rated hotel.

  This hotel have a long history and character. The location is in the city Center and this could be sometimes an issue for the traffic. Each room have a small garden or terrace, despite the age the hotel is clean and very well maintained. I particularly like the lobby with the piano bar. Tough the breackfast could be improved. If you want still to have an African classic experience this is one of the few remaining places.

  This is one of the best hotels in Kenya where you can the best hospitality services, they have a good parking Area, security is taken seriously, the best part of it is located in town and you don't struggle with traffic jam if you are in town. Also they have best conference rooms and they offer international cuisine to all people.

  Had a fantastic dinner experience at the Tatu Restaurant. The food was great and the service from Elijah was just excellent. I will be back.

  Stayed at this hotel during my visit, one of the most beloved landmarks in the city. Has been on ‘bucket list’ and was worthy the safari. It's located just minutes away from Nairobi’s best attractions, including the city center. It was in the Academy Award winning film ‘Out of Africa’ and Sheldrick’s Elephant Sanctuary. The rooms we stayed in were clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast 🍳 fresh produce and fit for a king 👑. 😋
