  This could have easily been a 5-star rating because I've been a long time satisfied customer of Fragrance Lounge. They have a vast selection, they are in most major malls, they're pretty much the only retailers in Kenya who carry niche perfumery and their prices are for the most part fair by international standards and unrivalled by local standards. They even gifted me on my birthday! So why not 5 stars? 1.Because for the last few months, the store attendants who are seemingly new each time have become very rude and unprofessional. 2.They're also very impatient and quick to steer you to particular fragrances without finding out what your interests are. 3.Since the store began stocking Acqua Di Parma, they keep claiming that the Colonia from the line is currently the world's best selling men's fragrance (not true). Then they use this premise to ensure you don't get to try out any others from the line. 4.While everything else is reasonably priced, any Oud based fragrance is outrageously priced. And it's as if the attendants have been trained to quickly point out that Oud is a very rare and expensive fragrance ingredient. I was intending to buy Gucci Intense Oud which normally retails for $135 (Kshs13500) on the Gucci website, and as low as $90 (Kshs9000) on other retail sites. To my dismay, it was priced at $310 (Kshs31000) in Fragrance Lounge!

  Great Shopping experience. The sales ladies were quite attentive to my needs.

  They have a wide range of fragrances. The prices are inflated however, and when I commented on this the staff at the Galleria mall branch became rude. 😑
