  A beautiful old high end hotel with contemporary standards in all things. Excellent food served here. A lot of security around but very unobtrusive. Calm and yet busy atmosphere. Excellent layout. Classy. Love it.

  Great hotels, guests love. Elegant and chic, from lobby experience. Rooms, conference rooms, inter fitness centre, business and sauna of its own kind. You visit once, you find a home away from home.

  Excellent brick and mortar. Superior design of hotel. However, need to check that their customer orientation does not get worse, not because of attitude issue( staff are pleasant) but perhaps due to under staffing in the booking offices. It's hard Tho get a quick response even when there physically.

  It is a very good hotel at a good location. Its staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms are spacious and ambiance is also very good. It has all necessary fixtures and its quality is also very good. only thing is its security passing while entering hotel every time. Some times it is really annoying despite you are in car but you have to get off and cross it manually. Overall it is worth staying in this hotel.

  Room was cozy and comfortable. Good variety of breakfast options. Customer service was great and helpful. Pool was heated and this was great considering the cold weather that was present in Nairobi at the time. It is not far from the international airport also. I will recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Nairobi.
