  Nairobi Woman’s Hospital is the slowest and most not a place a patient can get the treatment one needs . As NPS patients I wanna give a a bad review on the fact that you take way too slow to be treated . So if the manager can get read this know you need to improve on the service. And am not the only one . Most of patients end up going back home cause of your bad service

  Worse billing and discharging service EVER! If you want your files to be processed for admission as well as for discharge DON'T EVER GO THERE. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO ADMIT YOU AND FOREVER TO DISCHARGE YOU.

  I have never been kept 6hours waiting for medication! what is the essence of a hospital without medicine. very dissappointed

  Bad bad experience,long unnecessary queues(minimum of 2hrs on queue to be given just a form_heard it's called claim form,rude staff,staff don't know some processes,another 2hrs to access your xray/scan unit because whoever is there is having his good time,1hr for u to manage pharmacy process again.... If patients wont choose anywhere else,I can assure you many will die queuing. Why cant you make your process simple and coordinated?why should I wait for 2hrs on the minimum to just give out my insurance card n once I give out am told proceed?to where? Service service....redeem yourself

  RANT: I took my daughter to @nairobiwomens hurlingham since she was unwell. Temp was 38.5 and heart rate was 159. Took blood tests and unfortunately their "machines" had broken down they said. Tests were sent to their Adams branch and I was told to wait an hour. An hour passed by we we're still at the hospital. Went for the results nothing. Was told another hour. 3 hours later the results hadn't come in at their rider is still on the way. I decided to go to their Adams branch and found the results laying there. Apparently the rider who was on his way from 2:50 was still in town doing Good knows what... My baby and other patients that I left waiting for their results were kept waiting. What if it was a very serious case? Hospitals these days don't care about their patients at all and that's why we hear people die out of negligence. Shame on you @nairobiwomens ... For keeping me waiting for three hours and making me pick my results in another branch. The doctor who attended to me at their Adams branch told me her case was serious and could even admit her
