::It is hard, almost impossible for me to go to the gym. I was looking for something REALLY personalized, flexible (so that I can go at my own pace), something that would not make me feel bored and that would show quickly some results. In addition, I needed exercises that could help me strengthen my two ankles (that were weak since I twisted them in the past). Some people may say “impossible”, but as we say in France "impossible n'est pas français” (impossible is not French)! So, thank you so much for being such a caring and attentive team.
