  Very very elegant. Welcoming. Contemporary. Great food. Beautiful ambience. Well taken care of. Lovely place for visiting, relaxing, conferencing. In a high end part of the city too

  Rooms and the hotel interior are up to 5* standard. However, the service provided is questionable. Initially room service was delivered as per the order, after two days of stay a tray charge appeared, frankly speaking this is the first time I hear about it in the hotel industry. I would also like to bring to attention that the silverware brought with the room service was not up to standards ( forks were bended). As for the breakfast for the 2 days I had to look for waiters to ask for coffee, no one was approaching me and everyone looked busy doing its own tasks. As I mentioned before , the hotel interior and the rooms are done well , however should really work on the service to achieve the 5* classification .

  Excellent food. Great architectural design and Kenyan culture display. Their customer service is top notch, their staff is really professional and knows how to connect with what the client needs. Also loved their conference facilities. Will definitely be back there soon

  Located in Nairobi upper hill. I didn't like the fact that one has to get out of the car go through security checks then get back and drive into the parking. Found the drinks especially juices to be very expensive compared to the quantity. Loved dining at the chop house, It's private and the meals was mouth watering. I will be going back. They have a pool. Indoors and outdoors sitting.
