  Hot water is a real problem Staff are ok... But would be more appreciated if they have a more heart on the friendly attitudes Cleanliness is ok

  Fantastic little guest house. Stayed the one night as I was flying onto Malawi. Staff could not have been more helpful, answering all my questions at the time of booking. I booked their airport driver to collect me and take me back. Jacob contacted me via WhatsApp prior to my flight so I knew who was picking me up and also contacted me when I landed. This was invaluable as landed at 11pm and to have a driver like Jacob made me feel safe. He was there early in the morning and was very helpful explaining all the security checks I would need to go through. Would not hesitate in recommending ACK and Jacob.

  Nice place for fairly priced meals, conferences and a language school
