  You must know that we had a very bad experience with your safari Tour. The tour was not enjoyable beause of the bad accomodation and vehicule. We were often stuck in the mud inside the park. At the end of the tour, we were ordered to go at the office beause you didn't recieve the money although it was on the way. The driver, called Jims, spoke to us very badly, and was saying that we didn't pay. The staff at your office was very rude too. We were totally shocked.
