  Compared to many hospitals I have been to and for me they are many,the services are very improved,quite fast if you are there early and know your file number.....Most importantly it is quite affordable and doesn't break your bank or your insurance card limit!!!!.....But guys did you know,if it is your first time here they check for HIV??? You can off course decline if you are not up to it,but I found it odd!!

  Very very bad customer service at the maternity ward. I was examined by 3 doctors and told I am dilated 4cm only for them to discharge me and tell me to come when my water breaks. I sought a second opinion from a different gynecologist from a different hospital and I had not dialeted even a cm. To make things worse, they doubled my bill by 100% and if it wasn't for my hubby being thorough we would have paid it all. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone who is having a new born. If you love yourself and baby, please keep off COPTIC HOSPITAL!!!!!!!

  I have been a regular patient at Coptic and have a had a few disappointing sessions but today was the worst! Came there at 6am and it took the reception ladies a whole hour to retrieve my file, I was in so much pain and I was the only one being served at the time but those women took their sweet time laughing and chatting while I was anguishing in pain. When my file came the night shift cashier refused to take my copay money claiming that her shift was almost over so I should wait until the next cashier comes, all this time the pain is worsening. At 8.20am she came and I was able to see the Dr, only to be referred to another Dr outside the hospital. I'm so done with Coptic hospital.

  This health facility has improved greatly. It is now offering much better services compared to 5 years ago. It is very conveniet and affordable

  I like the facility, it has ample parking space with separated entrance and exit, a nice waiting area and good reception desk with friendly staff. Took my nephew for vaccination and we were served well. The doctors are friendly and are willing to work past their working period to serve you
