::The setting is amazing and one is received warmly (this alone would give it a 5 star)... The place is wheelchair accessible which is a top win. The place also has a great reputation. My rating is low because the therapist I had was not attentive to my requests and I felt very unhappy after the 90 minutes. Different strokes for different people and listening to what the client works can unlock the key.
