  Went to seek some consultation and I fully paid their fee, I had to pay another fees for tests, and for the prescription aswell. They say that the consultation fee is valid for 14 days but when I arrived there on the 14th day they insisted that I still have to pay again. Your team is too money oriented and they forget that one customer brings another and it becomes a ripple effect. Thats what keeps you in business. Renew your licences too!
