  Buyers should be aware that even if they develop a fault like I did (within 12 days of purchase) that Elite will not exchange or refund as they are obliged to do under Kenyan law (30 days from purchase). You can expect up to 4 weeks for delivery of parts, and if they don't fix it expect to wait the same again. For such a high value item as an Apple computer, with import tax and mark up on top, its not acceptable service at all that the customer pays for so long without having a brand new product they paid for.
