  This is the worst!!!yes WORST service or lack of it..the phones dont work or else are never answered,the Facebook direct messenger,Twitter and email also goes unanswered if huduma center was supposed to help us then its a complete flop. Are there any managers in this organization or who checked on the quality of service?? Anyway I hope am just the unlucky one and that the rest of you are enjoying the "huduma"

  Terrible customer service.... Especially the one at Kibera. NSSF services are super slow, the employees are slow and spend more time talking to each other rather than provide services. 3 weeks later and am still looking for the same service!! Useless!!

  We came in queued for hours only for some people to be allowed not to use the queue but rather go straight to counters especially counter 17 it's really disappointing
