  I book for a returned trip for 9 people Mombasa-Diani. My experience with Kenatco was catastrophic. Because apparently they cannot read email properly, they sent me wrong reservation details so I had to rewrite it all and basically do their job. Second, the first pick-up was over 1 hour late so we had to book another cab urgently. For the return, I gave them another chance and blamed it on the traffic (although a good taxi company should always predict traffic as to be on time). This time, the man was two hours away when I called him to check if he was arriving. Besides, I requested a van for 9 people and the driver on the phone was not even aware of it, thinking we were 5. I have insisted very much the day before the second trip, explained to the lady that our first experience was terrible and that they should make an effort to be on time, Lady on the phone was very nice and polite but apparently inefficient as well since the second trip resulted even worst. In a nutshell, this company is a joke. Just RUN AWAY!
