  Originally good but gradually going bad due to poor service and customer relations. Never keep time and never both to explain cause of delays. It's become a terribly persistent habit.

  nice office spacious lounge good coaches with great cormfort trully a giant in road transport, ill also recommend for any travelling to either msa, mld, kampala or kigali

  The worst services. Got an emergency had to cancel my trip imagine they refused to reschedule my ticket so my 2000/- went to a waste. Spanish Laface is the best
