  Amazing place. Shoes the heritage of the country. Also how humans came into being as well as old technics of hunting, cutting good etc. First telephone in Kenya, the railway tracks. Also on display are the hundreds of bird species and animals in our country. The national museum just amazing.

  Nice place to start a holiday or work trip in Nairobi. You can learn a lot of the culture and the history of Kenya with some facts you should know if you stay here for a while. Also visit the snake park and the garden nearby...

  This is one of the places to visit if touring Nairobi. Its a place very popular with schools and tourist groups. There's a botanical garden as well, ideal for photo shoots and relaxing. The Nairobi Snake Park is also found here. There are departments popular with cultural and scientific research. occasionally there are events held here. The facility is accessible from Kipande Road

  Sehr schönes Museum mit interessanten Infos zur Geschichte Kenias und der Tierwelt. Mit dem Kombi-Ticket geht's auch in ein Snake House mit Krokodilen, Schildkröten, einem Aquarienbereich und natürlich sehr vielen Schlangen. Die Parkanlagen hinter der Museum sind sehr schön und es gibt auch einen Spielplatz für Kinder.

  Anthropologische und paläontologische Abteilung absolut sehenswert. 'Turkana Boy' und 'Lucy' sind Funde von absolutem Weltrang. Kolonialgeschichte (upper floor) beschämend für UK aber objektiv und wertungsfrei dargestelt. Insgesamt sehr sehenswert. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 👍👍👍
