::I usually get bad service at Office Mart. Last time they sold me dried up felt tip pens. They were sealed so I could not check before I left the shop. The time before that they had notebooks where the pages had come undone at the bind. The staff are generally unhelpful and rude.

::Thieves!! I bought a HP laptop in March 2016 with 1 year warranty at Office Mart - Junction Mall. My battery is not charging after 7 months. Went to back to Office Mart, they told me that the guarantee does not cover the battery. Then, they tried to sell me a generic battery (not HP branded) at 10 000 KES and told me that HP branded batteries are not available in the region!! Of course, you can easily find them and at 50% cheaper price that the proposed generic one!! Just a shame: liars and thieves!
