  Самое плохое обслуживание, даже для Африки! Очень плохая работа с клиентами! За такие цены вы сами должны приезжать за заказом и заполнять свои формы! Не рекомендую ни в коем случае терять свое время!👎🏻

  They have a nice concept and a few great products but the lousiest customer service ever!...Very slow and casual unprofessional attitude from some employees at kampala rd branch to be specific, the products dispatch section.Its a total mismatch with the great products offered.Perhaps a more efficient process should be put in place or more dedicated manpower in that department. I have been to much larger companies with more customer traffic but much quicker and pleasant check out process.

  Most bad experience ever.. i paid for good worth 800$ and they lost in their office now they dont want to pay me or give me my boards, infact they're ignoring me they never pick my call and when i go to there office the manager is the worst he needs to go for customer care. Be carefull with their branch in mombasa when you pay for boards and they ask you to wait for they in nairobi you might loose you money time energy and they wont even have time to respond to your email
