  They clean well, they iron well. People skills are at rock bottom,sadly. Very unfriendly staff. No contacts on their receipts. If you are late even by a minute and they are just closed/ are closing, you will not be served. If you want to feel valued as a customer, this is not the place for you, try elsewhere.
