::One of the 2 major retail stores in Westlands. Even though there are still going to expand, you can still purchase most household items. Their veggie section and frozen food dept. is fully loaded. Also, the veggies are quite affordable. It is a favourite among the Asian community but anyone can purchase here. It is almost two weeks old and it already attracts a crowd. I didn't like the long queues the first time I shopped here. Today, I found out that they have a 'less than 10' counter and I was okay. It is also accessible to those on wheelchairs. However, if you have serious chest problems, you may want to wait till they have completely renovated as it is stuffy. Yes, it occupies the space previously leased by Uchumi supermarkets.

::The new carrefour at sarit has very slow service and staff that look like they don't enjoy their job. Don't buy any ice cream as it will be liquid by the time you get through the checkout.

::Could I say it’s a “fake” Carrefour store, the service here is terrible, compre to any supermarket in Nairobi! I don’t like the way they ignore the clients! It took almost 10 minutes to change a credit note for an empty bottle(just coz the guy manage the computer was absence and always on a run for the call all the time)... and the cashier guy was soooo inefficient(can even say he’s relaxing! unfortunately, clients waiting)!!! Not aim to defame this carrefour store, hope they can improve there service! By the way, the carrefour guys work in paring are very nice and responsible!

::So disappointed with how the security handles people at the entrance, reached at 8.50pm and he refused to allow us to go in, clients are very important to the growth of a business, the place closes at 9pm, what happened?? Lost a loyal client!!
