  Good place to shop. Early in the morning you can get good crunchy apples at wholesale price.

  Well placed in the Parklands neighbourhood of Nairobi, Highridge offers a couple of supermarkets and many shop in walking distance of Aga Khan Hospital.

  There is a freah produce market early Tuesday and Friday mornings and a fresh fruit (mostly imported fruits) market early Saturday morning.
