::You go to pick a parcel, you are told that the internet is down. They tell you to leave money, and they will pay for you. The total tax calculation ends up surpassing 50% of the total price of the parcel. In some cases, the parcel doesn't attract taxes, but you are at their mercy. Bottom line, it's a hostage situation. Kindly don't ship parcels using Kenya's Postal Corporation.
